Holiday rentals with a pool in Spello

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding access but Bianca gave us phone support. The house has everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food supplies because the house is a little far from the town center, about 2 km, but there is a bakery that can also be reached on foot, although not very close

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

Absolutely positive experience to be repeated, enchanting place for tranquility and for long walks immersed in nature together with our two furry friends welcomed in the property without any problem. The host is very kind and helpful, the property is really very nice, the accommodation is very clean and equipped with many comforts and the presence of an impeccable swimming pool makes the stay even more pleasant, especially in the warmer periods. We had a really great time and I sincerely thank Mrs Maddalena for the welcome and for the sweet thought she left for us on our arrival.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Monica and Renato are fabulous, friendly hosts. The apartment we rented was spotless. Bed was very comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. You are adjacent to other apartments but there is no noise at all from your neighbours, nor were we overlooked. The views from the small terrace were stunning, over the colourful garden to the vineyards and Tuscan landscape beyond. Bliss. The swimming pool is available for all to use. Our hosts left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as a welcome as well as coffee, oil, vinegar, breads, jams etc Thank you Next time we will stay longer!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Such a wonderful stay!! This place has everything you need, relaxing environment, great amenities, friendly hosts! I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back for a cooking class or yoga retreat!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Local with a wonderful view of Assis and region, especially of Mount Subasio. The host was very attentive and always willing to resolve our questions. The property very organized and equipped, so that it met all our needs. i recommend it.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Il Talamo. The pool was not open when we arrived but we asked Stefano to open it for us and he did which made our week so much better. The house has been renovated really well. Kitchen has most things you need and the BBQ and outdoor space were fantastic. There is also a stone table and bench a short walk through the woods with a look out over the lake which was beautiful in the evening. The aircon and fire are perfect to cool the house and add some warmth when the evenings are cool. The minor downsides to the house are that the neighbours dog seemd to bark all the time for no reason, and some instructions for rubbish/recyling and house rules would be helpful. Stefano was a great host on hand throughout the stay if we needed him. Would love to return here.
