“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca is a quiet and peaceful apartment located in a strategic position: it is about a 20-minute walk from the center and its architectural beauties, from the train station and is very close to the E45 Perugia Prepo, the Arena S. Giuliana and the Villa Fiorita clinic. In front of the house there is free parking and within walking distance there are bus stops. Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartment is a studio located at the foot of the beautiful staircase of the medieval Aqueduct that brought water from Monte Pacciano to the fountain in Piazza IV Novembre. The house is set under one of the aqueduct's vaults and is totally independent with a separate entrance. There is a kitchenette with a single induction hob and linens (towels and sheets) are provided. There is a double bed and a single bed for a total of 3 beds.
