Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.
