Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Welcome to Fyledalen in the heart of Skåne. Here you will live in the western wing of the house, in a timber-framed building dating back to the 18th century. The farm is secluded at the beginning of Fyledalen, nestled in greenery. It is located between Sjöbo and Ystad with proximity to lakes and fantastic hiking trails. Eriksdal's quarry is 5 minutes away by car. Snogeholmssjön is 3 minutes away by car. Sövde adventure camp is 8 minutes away. A perfect starting point for excursions to Österlen, Ystad and Malmö.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Njut av fågelkvitter och ha en mysig stund med familjen. Gångväg till Sövdesjön (800 m) där det finns badplats med bryggor. Barnvänligt. Stor fridfull trädgård som både ger plats för lugn och aktivitet. Lusthus finns där man kan äta frukost, middag eller njuta av en kopp kaffe. Fin lekstuga ute i trädgården. Sovrum 1: Här finns en våningssäng samt en enkelsäng (105 cm). Sovrum 2: Dubbelsäng (Är i två delar och kan separeras) Resesäng för ett mindre barn finns också med madrass och sängkläder.

Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandbar. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
