Holiday rentals with beach access in Southwick

Beautiful home is a great location for all the attractions of hove and still not far from the hustle and bustle of Brighton. Very close to the station so great and easy for travelling to. The flat is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to return and will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Ben! :)

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

It has been a pleasure to stay here. The communication with Clare, the co-owner, was second to none. She helped with all questions and was kind enough to allow us to leave bags on our early arrival so that we could take in the sights easily. There was also a pint of milk and a bottle of bubbles left which was so kind. The apartment was stunning with amazing views and the best location. I am now trying to think of other occasions so we can come back for another stay. It truly is a MUST for anyone wanting to stay in Brighton. 100% recommend!!!!

We had a great family weekend break in Brighton and this was the perfect home for us. Great location and Paul was fantastic with messaging and getting us parking passes. Whole time felt like a home from home.

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

This was perfect for a few days away: Easy to walk to from the bus stop at the pier and with a great outlook across the beach. Easy to walk into town to find a variety of restaurants. The flat was just as described and the kitchen and living room space would be perfect for 4 or 5 people. We had a lovely time. Thank you !

An amazing 3 nights stay at this beautiful location. The view is stunning! Lots to do in the area and the number 700 bus is a cheap and easy route into Brighton. Harley was a great host also. Thank you

A great stay in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and close to Shoreham town centre with easy buses in. Felt right at home and communication was top tier. Definitely consider this for a weekend beach getaway!

This 6 bedroom house is perfect for a group of friends who want a holiday for a reasonable price. 5 minute walk from the beach, shops round the corner, everything was just perfect. Hazel is very friendly and proactive with her responses and we will definitely be re visiting this location. Organising 14 of us to get away on holiday was stressful but the house being so perfect helped so much. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Hazel!

A lovely find of a property. Even though the house is on an estate it is like you are on your own private isle. It is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The view from upstairs (living area) is lovely. Patio doors and velux roof windows allow for a lovely airy feel when it’s hot out. The open plan nature really worked for us and the bathrooms were excellent. The beach is so close and lovely breezy walks with the dog and family were superb. The supplies within the property were excellent and any communication with Sophie was answered promptly. Oh and lest I forget the hot tub was lovely! Very good Airbnb.

We all had a really wonderful time at Jon's house. 8 adults, 4 kids, aged 3 to 92! There was plenty of space for all of us and the property felt like home, only bigger! It is a warm, light ,spacious house with conservatory and large garden and lovely views. It has everything you need and more. Big dining table so all of us could eat together. 1 Great Gran aged 92 played the piano while the other sat in conservatory watching kids play outside. The grandkids loved the well stocked play room and there were lots of board games, books and DVD's and a fantastic games room at the bottom of the garden which we all enjoyed. Plenty to do to keep all the family occupied if the weather isn't great. The extensive grounds proved to be a bonus for our Easter egg hunt too.. We had a minor issue with a pop up plug that didn't pop up, but as soon as I informed Jon he got a plumber round to resolve the problem. No one wanted to go home. 2nd visit for some of us, and it won't be the last. Thankyou

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. Rob’s place is fantastic, it’s in a great location in Hove, the house has been really nicely done up and the secure garden was perfect for our two dogs. We had a brilliant week and can’t wait to come back in the future. Would highly recommend!

The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Perfect location to stay in Hove, with bonus of an off road car park space! Appt is in a quiet location and is very spacious. The Host is super helpful, friendly and very responsive We look forward to staying here again, the next time we visit Hove

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

Thanks for a lovely stay, Jack. The flat is perfectly located for exploring Hove and just what we needed. It’s actually bigger than it looks in the pictures which I think is a first for an AirBnB. Absolutely perfect for us and our son for a weekend in the city. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Can thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment which was conveniently located; the building is beautiful and steeped in history and the views were awesome. Katrina’s airbnb was gorgeous and spacious, it matched the description perfectly and was perfect for our stay for the Brighton marathon! The property was very clean and in a great location, 15 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the seaside! Katrina was very friendly and helpful, always very responsive and was kind enough to give us recommendations for nearby places and taxi companies in the area. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future, thank you.
