Light, private, green space. Easy access to theatres, high street, transport systems and Sea. Large south facing Balcony with pleasant views while drinking a nespresso coffee.... ! There are stairs to access the property with a balcony and so not suitable for disabled. There are facilities for making light snacks with hot plate. microwave, grill, electric frying pan etc. but it is not a kitchen. Suitable for one and cosy for two with mature garden and green views. Homely flat just off Leigh Broadway

Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
