What an amazing find, a fantastic apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need in a brilliant location. The views, available from every window, are something you'd never get used to and great to wake up to. Apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Suki was great, always quick to reply and very helpful. Check in information was spot on. Will definately be back. Thank you.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

We came to Mat and Megan’s flat for a friend’s birthday, we loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the lake and we also walked to a nearby beach and visited Torquay. The flat had everything we needed and was very tidy. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. We arrived early and Mat messaged us back straight away telling us we could check in early which was great. Overall, a great location and great hosts. Very well thought out.

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

This is the second time that we have stayed and it was just as fabulous as the first time . It’s on a quite side street so you are within a few minutes walk of the hubbub of the town with none of the noise which is perfect . Wonderful views , Clean with all the amenities you could wish for , and a super responsive host we will definitely be back for a 3rd time !!

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again in the future! The location was perfect — we especially loved having the golf course right out the back leading directly to the beach. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly, and there was plenty to do along the beachfront, just a short 10-minute walk away. Jilly was such a lovely host — she left us chocolates and other thoughtful amenities, and even checked in with us on our journey home. Her hospitality made our trip even more special. Highly recommend!

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

Really loved my night at the flat. Such a peaceful location. It felt clean, tidy and really homely. There's a beautiful view over the sea (cracking sunrise!) and you can join the SW Coast path within a couple of minutes from the door! Amazing! The bathroom looked brand new (looked very different from the photo) which was nice! Fancy light up mirror and heated towel rail, just wish the shower had a bit more oomph! Would highly recommend! 😊

Excellent stay in New Polzeath. Easy access to local amenities. Having stayed in this apartment and other is the block a number of times over many years. Never disappointed! Lovely surroundings, quiet accommodation but only a short walk to Polzeath for surf and lovely food. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone who likes good surf and lots of places to eat and drink.

This is an excellent location at Exmouth Marina. It is within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also walk there from Exmouth station in about 10 minutes.

What an idyllic location and wonderful hosts. Sarah and Gareth’s place was perfect and they were so warm and welcoming. We had the most incredible weekend and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back! Perfect place to stay with my elderly parents for some house hunting in Seaton. Walkable to Local shops and restaurants, disabled parking almost right outside with no time limit. Helen also organised a parking permit for the local handy parking which I used too. The living space was open plan and very comfortable. Helen provided some milk and other extras which was kind and super useful. The bedrooms were pretty and nicely done and there was a lovely hot shower. Helen was super helpful.
