Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
