En gåtur langs fjorden, som ligge 200 m fra huset, er det skønneste. Der er også mange muligheder for vandre ture i klitterne ved havet og Husby Plantage. Har man cykler med, er der nyanlagt cykelsti til Thorsminde og Vedersø Klit. Der er 25 km til Lalandia -Søndervig, hvor der er mulighed for at købe dagsbillet til badelandet.

Husets indeholder fem soveværelser og to dejlige badeværelser med gulvvarme. Fra stuen, der har en fantastisk udsigt til Blåvand Fyr.
