Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

The old shoemaker's cottage by the castle lake

Welcome to the old shoemaker’s cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cabin is 56 m² and includes an entrance hall, a modernised kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with an original French iron bed. There is also a separate sleeping area next to the double bed. There is a heat pump and space for a cot in one of the bedrooms. Please bring towels and sheets.

A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

Here you get the perfect setting for relaxation, socializing and fun - just a short drive from the area's many experiences. Blue room (ground floor): Double bed + bunk bed Here is high to the sky and peace of mind.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden ¨the forest¨ where the big old gardens meet, with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is newly renovated with modern comfort. The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.

Kitchenette with refrigerator and electric kettle and microwave. No stove or oven. There is a hot water tank with 10 minutes of hot water per hour.
