It consists of 2 floors, which are connected via a spiral staircase. The apartment includes a lovely west-facing balcony. Shopping is a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and within 500 m is the harbor, the castle as well as the beach promenade and beach. Our apartment is perfect for a few days off or a vacation in Sønderborg.

The apartment is close to everything: town, castle, beach, marina and forest. There is a court yard you can use and free parking on the property. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor, so there are stairs up to the apartment and that the backyard/entrance area is monitored by an external security camera.

The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

A bathroom with a washing machine is available. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bedroom is closed off by a curtain leading to the hallway. In addition, it is possible to make the sofa up to 2 people. In the living room there is a TV with cromecast. There is access to a lovely balcony overlooking fields.
