Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the beach promenade and Gendarmstien. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people. As a rule, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help you with this. We charge a small fee for this.
