Holiday rentals with a patio in Soğucak

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on holiday with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything has been carefully prepared and everything has been thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our holiday. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our holiday here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. The location of the house is perfect. Wherever you go in the center, you can get home in 5 minutes. The interior was brand new and spotless. It was also an advantage for us to have an espresso machine. In addition, Giannis supported us and provided flexibility during check-in and check-out times, thank you

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

Great stay overall! The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The only issue was an occasional bad smell coming from the bathroom, but it didn’t significantly impact our stay. Would recommend!

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

This house was just perfect. The accommodation is spacious , very well equipped and comfortable. It is in a perfect location , close to shops, restaurants and the station. Most of all we loved the garden with different places to sit as well as an upstairs terrace. And Nilgun was very responsive offering suggestions for places to eat . We felt very much at home and were very sorry to leave this house and Selcuk .

It was very peaceful, we went as a family and we were very pleased, sometimes you can run out of water in the shower for a number of reasons, but it is understandable. There are beautiful beaches around

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

After this week at Ayfer's, I recommend this stay 100%! The apartment has absolutely everything you need to stay without a problem; it is located in a super well located village to visit the region, the place is super safe, there are shops and bakeries very close by (you can go on foot). Ayfer and her husband have treated us as people of their family, they helped and advised us to everything necessary and they have always been available despite not having the same language, we were able to create a nice relationship. it should be noted that we stayed with a baby in her house, and they helped us in everything necessary to make our daughter feel good ( cradle, savannas, heater, and above all a lot of love and smiles for her!) The sunset view is unparalleled from the terrace!!! we recommend it is no doubt if they want to have a local experience!

We were here in mid-May and felt very comfortable. Since the townhouse is made of stone, it is very noisy - the neighbours can also be heard clearly in room volume. The location is nevertheless great and central. In summer, the stone building stays nice and cool – in May, it was a bit clammy. The amenities are great. Kokkari is a lively little tourist town. In the spring, it is not so crowded, so you can stroll through the small shops and enjoy the restaurants. A very special restaurant is 'to tourlou samos' - fantastic food. Look forward to a beautiful island with warm people and many great opportunities!

Chariclea is located in a very quiet place on Klima beach. I recommend renting a vehicle or scooter to get around the island and to get to Chariclea.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to requests. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would love to come back!

Perfect holiday. Accommodation in a great location with sea views and practically 20 metres from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cosy and well-equipped, easy to reach in the centre of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

The place is beautiful. Host Monalis is quick to support in everything. Price performance is quite good.

We had a fantastic stay in Samos. Grammatiki was very responsive and friendly. The place was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect - right next to the main street of shops and very close to the pier where all the restaurants are. I would highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.
