Holiday rentals with a patio in Aydın

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on holiday with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything has been carefully prepared and everything has been thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our holiday. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our holiday here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

First of all, it is a place to choose in the area. I went with my parents and we were very satisfied. We met Mr. Aykut, the host, Ms. Mukaddes. She is very friendly and caring person. We loved it. We plan to go back.

Mr. Irfan is a really hospitable and understanding host. She accepted our very sudden reservation and met us in the morning. Since we had a funeral, we had to go from Germany at the last moment. Since we did not have relatives in Izmir, we knew about our relatives coming to the funeral at Mr. Irfan's house. Mr. Irfan is a really helpful and honest host. We would like to come here for a better reason next time. We recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much again.

Clean accommodation, very well located. The bed linen smelled super good 👍 the washing machine made it easy for us to stay with the toddlers. Very quiet environment is relaxing 😻 thank you to the owner who was very responsive to our messages throughout the stay. I recommend 100%

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner.
