Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We love Kuş Adası and as a large family, we needed to rent an additional house. We wanted to have a nice experience. And so it was. First of all, it is within the site, away from Traffic and Noise, and also it is central, has a Beautiful Pool, is Clean, close to the Sea, close to shopping places, I can say that it met all the holiday and facilities I need. The fact that the business provided opportunities in line with the needs, and the rapid support in response to the demand exceeded our expectations. We wish you a nice holiday again in the near future... Also, Tatlis villas have become safe houses for my friends and guests coming from abroad... Thank you 🫶🏼

First of all, thanks to the host and Mr. Akif. The photos are exactly as the house is (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a clean and perfect way. We had everything we needed at home. It is close to the center and even to every place to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house to go to again and again.

The house was much better than it looked in the photos, very clean and tidy. Having 4 bedrooms and sofa beds is also ideal for crowded plans. There were no points that we were complaining about, I highly recommend it.

I would like to thank Mr. Ali Can and his family, they greeted us sincerely. They informed me about the house and the neighborhood. The house was what it looked like in the photos. In addition, a balcony with sea views, the sunset can be watched. Çamlaraltı Bay (Çamkoru Sitesi), which my teacher recommended, was a magnificent place to have breakfast and swim, we went twice. Haydar Bay, Akbük Coast was very good. Only the Police Moral Camp, where public personnel could enter, was also very nice. We also visited the beaches and bays of Didimin, Sarıkum 2 Bay was a small and calm beach. Cennetköy Beach was also small and beautiful. The house we stayed in was very well located due to its proximity to the places we visited...

thank you very much for a good rest, as for a family holiday I highly recommend, everything is close to 4 children with different ages, there is something to do and everything in an accessible distance, the pool is clean, volleyball field, tennis, billiards, good beach and sea, and of course a very packed kitchen with dishes and appliances greatly facilitates the cooking process and a lot of appliances so you feel at home, quiet contingent and very quiet and clean.

Clean accommodation, very well located. The bed linen smelled super good 👍 the washing machine made it easy for us to stay with the toddlers. Very quiet environment is relaxing 😻 thank you to the owner who was very responsive to our messages throughout the stay. I recommend 100%

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

comfortable house near the sea

It was a quiet and enjoyable vacation. Everything we needed inside the house was thought out and provided. It was clean . It was 10 and 15 minutes away from the known beaches. The only problem was that there were too many ants.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

This is a great place - stunning view of the sea from the living area and a big terrace overlooking the beach. Sylvia was a very helpful and generous host. Good spot for a few days of swimming and rest. Thank you for having us!

The location of the house was nice. We had no problems at the entrance and the cleanliness of the house was nice. Mr. Sergen helped quickly in everything. Thank you.

Absolutely! Top house in a beautiful location! We even got a welcome snack! The equipment is simply awesome! We felt completely comfortable! We will be happy to come back anytime! Especially for families with children, a dream because the beach is practically on the doorstep! Til next time!

Very nice villa, spacious. The view from the bedroom on the 2nd floor is splendid, I loved waking up there with a view of the bay. A little back from the bustling city of Kusadasi, requires a car to get around. Good central point to visit Ephese, Lake Bafa and Pammukale. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook several meals. Recommended

Mr. Emre is a very, very caring, kind and helpful host. The house had everything we needed. We had a very nice 2 nights. The pool is lovely and pleasant. As a neighborhood, it's a quiet and completely relaxing place. We burned our barbecue and fire in the evening and had a long time with our friends by the pool. We can't wait to go again🙂
