Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Soğucak

We would like to thank Mr. Enis for offering us the warmth of the house in the Ephesus ultra marathon. He offered us incredible comfort with his check-in and check out service. Not to mention that it is very central in terms of location. Walking distance to everywhere. Since we rented the terrace floor completely, our shared kitchen(on the terrace)on the terrace and dinner memories are unforgettable:) We would prefer to stay in the same place again if we come to Ephesus, there is nothing more, thank you again for everything, your fruit offer was a sweet gesture 🙏

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

I recently stayed at a this house, and I must say that everything was exactly as described. The owner is incredibly hospitable and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The only suggestion I have is to consider installing air conditioning, as it would make the stay more comfortable during extremely hot days.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Georgia’s place in Kokkarri was by far the best holiday experience we’ve had. She is the greatest host in paradise, can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

The place is great. A very nice house with magnificent views. Communication worked out great. The kitchen was not clean everywhere and the Tassimo coffee maker is very outdated. The cups weren't available everywhere. I would have liked something that I can also buy at Lidl. Still a great place to stay.

Iro’s home was outstanding. More beautiful than even the pictures could show. Iro is one of the friendliest, most caring and helpful people I have ever met. She is full of energy, loving, considerate and her home is filled with personal touches above and beyond any I have ever experienced before. I can’t wait to make my next reservation with her. I would give her and her beautiful home more than 5 stars if I could.

We - 2 adults - were guests in Venetia's apartment for two weeks. The apartment fully complied with the description. We each had our own room with our own bathroom/toilet. The bathroom is small and has the typical amenities with a low shower tray and curtain. We like the challenge of not causing flooding when showering. It worked! The kitchen and living room were nice and big for two people. Everything necessary was there. From the front balcony you have a great view of the harbor, where it is sunny in the morning. We had enough towels and linens for two weeks. The neighborhood was quiet (Samos in October). Perhaps it would be possible to get a kind of basic cleaning once or twice for a longer stay, for the bathrooms. We would book with Venetia again anytime.

Beautiful quiet villa ideal for families. Very close to the beach and the area is amazing. Recommended for sure!

The location is very close to shopping centers and the beach by car. It has a great vibe inside the forest and is perfect for a peaceful vacation that's isolated from around as much as possible. They were also very good at cleanliness. There are enough kitchen utensils and barbecue to use. They also responded whenever we needed them about communication. Thank you..

very nice accommodation! Great location for visiting the surroundings and the owner has excellent recommendations! (restaurant, beach) The pool was very clean and it did good to cool off a little. Would recommend for those who want a quiet spot to explore the area

Mr. Mehmet and his family weighed us very well. The house is very spacious and spacious. We woke up in the morning with fresh cares and Aegean olive oil at our door. It is definitely our advice.

Host was very friendly and always responsive through WhApp or IG if there were any problems or whenever we needed recommendations (i.e. a good Hamam). The house was very beautiful with identical looking neighboring houses. The pool quality was out of this world. Slightly salty and very little chlorine which meant you could open your eyes under water without straining your eyes. By far the best pool I've been in. The house is some distance away from the closest beach so a rental car is definitely recommended.
