George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We had a very relaxing holiday where we were full of greenery and blue, 10 minutes walk to the sea, with sweet and helpful neighbors. The interest and helpfulness of host Hamza Bey and Anıl Deniz Bey.

We had such a wonderful stay at Petros’ stone villa. The home was beautifully presented, clean, had all the amenities one could need & was in a great location. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Pythagorio, Samos. We would definitely stay there again and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

We had an amazing week at Ada Blue Holiday Vila . The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The villa corresponds to the description. The stay spoke to our expectations and the children were very happy about the pool. A very positive experience was that the pool is a saltwater pool. We enjoyed it. The villa is located in a new development area and is unfortunately only accessible by car. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes, but this was all very unproblematic for us. Villa is perfect for a family with three kids. The rooms all have a shower and toilet, large and cozy beds and all windows are with mosquito protection. In the kitchen there is a large fridge-freezer. The outdoor facilities are well maintained. We would definitely recommend the villa! It was a great 5 star vacation!

The house, the garden and especially the pool were great. We only kept the pool floor of the house. If another large seat is added to the living room of the pool floor, the pool was quite enough for 7 people. (There are also 4 bedrooms on the pool floor with the kitchen, except for the living room.) The garden was spacious and well-maintained. I think that the spaciousness and spaciousness of the garden is an important factor for children's families to prefer this place. Also, the side-by-sided privacy from the house next door and the house at the back is well thought out. We need a second paragraph to mention the pool. It was more beautiful and bigger than what it looked like in the photos. When you left your head as you were swimming in the pool, it was amazing to be able to see the beach, the sea and the island of Samos. This view was getting even better from the hot tub, which you took with the steps inside the pool. There were no shortcomings or negativities: 1- According to the information provided by the host, the villa uses the sebeke water of Kusadasi. Even though we don't use this water to eat and cook, we're talking about a flavor water that will make you sick, even a drop of ducks. The host stated that they will solve this problem by opening a well in the house next season. 2- The internet service provider of the house is very slow. On the day of the 30-50 GB internet capacity and 4G speeds of the phones, we would not have had a big problem with this. Unfortunately, the 4Gs of the phones did not work due to the location of the house. The host has stated that they will definitely address this issue. I would like to acknowledge that we are pleased with the host's adult acceptance of the problems and their prompt, kind communication during the check-in stage. If two problems are resolved on our next season vacation, this villa will be one of the first to look at.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. We went with 11 people, we did not have any problems with accommodation, the hosts also put an extra bed. He greeted us with a smiling face and drove us with a smile, the view of the house was very nice, we enjoyed it very much, just the house was not clean at all, we walked around with shoes, but there was no problem for us

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

it was perfect stay! Villa is located in peaceful and tranquility surroundings, within walkable distance to city centre and Lady beach. Well equipped villa with four separate bedrooms and private fenced pool. Claudia was very helpful, easy and nice to talk to. Highly recommend! definitely want to return :)

The items were sufficient and clean enough for five people to stay comfortably. The villa is in a calm complex and has a very beautiful view on the terrace. We also used the communal pool of the compound and it was not crowded and clean. Thank you to Büşra and Ms. Nuray for their warm communication:)
