Magnificent views of the port of Kusadasi. Great location in the old town with difficult access if you arrive by car. Hüsnü took care of this at all times competently, kindly and extremely helpful. The apartment is very clean, modernly renovated and well equipped. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful.

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

We have had 2 wonderful weeks here. Apartment and patio among the fruit trees just great. Hosting Anna and her mother were absolutely amazing. They have been helpful and pleasant throughout. Greek atmosphere and hospitality at its finest. Perfect location with short distance to both beach, hiking terrain and main street in the city center. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Amazing view from the property, best beach of the island just in front of the building. You can also enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. So the location was more than perfect. Very tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need. The communication with the host was very good and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The 2-bed apartment is stunning – stylish, clean, and in an unbeatable location right on the main street in Pythagorio. As an extra treat, they gave us lovely Easter gifts including sweetened bread, dyed eggs, and chocolates – such a thoughtful touch! We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after. We’ll definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, no other cottage around. There is beautiful view . It is close to public beach. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice and clean house with a large tree-lined garden where you can spend good moments. Great if you're with a group of friends. There is also a games room and TV (so big that it looks almost like a cinema). The location is very central, slightly away from the chaos of bars and stores. You can get around on foot. The location is perfect for not using cars or other means. It can be uncomfortable if you move with a bus (as in our case) because the central roads are narrow and it is difficult to park. The Host, Ada Hasan, welcomed us by making us find a yogurt and walnut donut (very good). He is a person who is available and always attentive to make us feel good. Beautiful experience!

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.
