Welcome to Jølster! This cottage is idyllically located at the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with fantastic views. Enjoy lazy or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowing boat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). A great option for an overnight trip from Bergen to the north. Or a great opportunity to relax in the silence of the countryside. The house is very spacious with the possibility explore the surroundings. Enjoy silence and relaxation in a lovely environment. Perfect place for people who love animals.

Jostedalsbreen Cabin + Kayak

The cottage is located on the popular tourist route Nasjonal turistveg Gaularfjellet, which stretches for about 114 km and offers spectacular views of fjords, waterfalls and mountain valleys. During your stay, the cottage will be accompanied by views of Sognefjorden, the longest fjord in Europe, and numerous waterfalls. The picturesque town of Balestrand is just a 25-minute drive away. The cottage is located directly next to a nature reserve for wild birds and many other attractions.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
