There is a toilet, but there are showers in both the laundry room and the bathroom. (Note: The bathtub cannot be used for anything other than showering as the pipes are a bit old.) Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a sunny veranda with a pavilion and garden. There is an electric car charger (Note: Without charger) in the garage and up to 2 parking spaces. It's a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to the city centre in 15 minutes.
