Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
