Welcome to great and cozy apartment in Gimlekollen in Kristiansand. This apartment is part of our house, where we live with our children – a 16-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. The apartment is located between the city center and the zoo in one of the nicest parts of the city. Here you can enjoy views of the city, the sea and Vollevannet. The next beach, at Tretjønn, is only 5 min walking distance. Here there are many fantastic hiking opportunities in Jegersberg as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, farm visits, berry picking, etc.

Beach and dock at the lakefront 150m. Fresh water with swimming area and floating dock approx. 50m from the cabin. This is truly paradise in the South , which should be experienced. Here you can just jump in the boat . Enjoy the beautiful archipelago with a short distance to Lindesnes lighthouse and the Spangereid Canal with several great attractions worth getting to know.

Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Relax at this peaceful place and enjoy the beauty of the lake sorrounded by mountains. Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

The home has 4 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed/double bed. Only 80 meters to the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And Åros beach with heated outdoor pool (extra fee). Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. NB! During the joint holiday (Last week in June, all of July and first 2 weeks in August), I want to rent at least 5 days per week. A lovely place to make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A fantastic summer cottage suitable for both families with children and individuals. Duvets and pillows are included.
