The house is fully equipped. Steep stairs not suitable for children and the house is not child-friendly. Bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The house has access to part of the garden. It is 60 meters to a fantastic beach and fishing. Smyge Havsbad, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, golf courses, art galleries and Coop are close, 36 minutes to Malmö.

As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
