Newly-renovated guest house by the sea for rent with parking space in front of the house. Kitchen, dining area and living room are on the entrance level. 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The house is fully equipped. Steep stairs not suitable for children and the house is not child-friendly. Bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The house has access to part of the garden. It is 60 meters to a fantastic beach and fishing. Smyge Havsbad, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, golf courses, art galleries and Coop are close, 36 minutes to Malmö.

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

The Köpmansmagasinet next to the harbor often offers exhibitions. There you will also find the famous egg cake. During the summer season, you can ride a free English double-decker between Smyge and Trelleborg, 3 departures every day.

Our cozy cottage, built in 2022, with an impressive ceiling height in the living room/kitchen area and bedroom, offers a bright and airy atmosphere. The large deck is perfect for both relaxation and meals with sun from lunch to sunset. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with a playhouse and a small sandbox. Close to a store, inn and Sweden's southernmost headland, Smygehuk, with cafés, shops, art and the lighthouse (open to the public). The nice local swimming area has a jetty, and nice sandy beaches are only a few kilometers away.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

A private outdoor space to enjoy the sunset or to have breakfast hangout.
