The house is fully equipped. Steep stairs not suitable for children and the house is not child-friendly. Bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The house has access to part of the garden. It is 60 meters to a fantastic beach and fishing. Smyge Havsbad, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, golf courses, art galleries and Coop are close, 36 minutes to Malmö.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.
