Renovated in 2022 with a new bathroom and in 2024 with a new, well-equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower on the patio. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available in the cabin. Terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking space included. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed + 1 sofa bed with two sleeping places. Nice cottage near the beach in a quiet garden environment. Smoke- and pet-free cottage in a lovely setting in our garden for 2 adults. No young people. No party animals. Biking distance to the center and 200 meters to the beach. Bicycles are available to borrow. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. If you forget, they are available for rent at SEK 200/2 sets. 2 toilet rolls are included. Guests bring their own coffee, etc., as needed Final cleaning is done by the guest before departure. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Skrea Strand's cozy cottage next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. The cottage is decorated like a small suite and offers that little extra! The suite has A/C. Patio with tables, chairs and grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.
