Here, great consideration has been given to the soul of the building with the charm preserved but updated to modern standards. Enjoy Verkeån's magnificent nature reserve with several hiking trails and Verkeån's valley directly around the house and Haväng's iconic sandy beach just 3 km away. From here, you can easily reach all the pearls of Österlen and Brösarp and Kivik with shops and restaurants are just a few kilometers' drive away.

Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Japandi Cottage

Boendet Mysig Japan inspirerad stuga med alla bekvämligheter och en avskild uteplats. Huset ligger mitt i Brösarp med vandringsleder, resturanger och turistmål runt knuten. Trädgården har en yta på 1900 kvadrat och därför är som en oas mitt i byn. Över gatan ligger café Smulan där man kan köpa nybakade bullar, dom har även frukost buffé. Sidan om ligger ICA för övriga inköp. Brösarp kallas porten till Österlen men är i själva verket i mitten av den vackraste natur Österlen har att erbjuda.

Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

A lot with beautiful sea view with a nature reserve right outside and sand beaches all the way from Åhus in the north to Stenshuvud in the south. The unique sand steppe in the nature reserve exists only in two areas of Sweden is full of flowers, dunes and pines to hike in. The area is very quite, calm and relaxing. The area is called the "eel cost" with some fishing cottages from the 18th century. The lot was owned by a fisherman. The cottage might have the best office in Sweden.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
