A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Relax in this unique home at Västerbotten's largest lake. Look out over the lake, hike, fish, paddle, sauna, swim. Enjoy the garden and nature in the hilly landscape. Here is a calm to land in. The barn was built by my early 1900s ancestors. We have furnished it with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and loft. Longer stay gives a discount. Cot on request On the same property there is Lillhuset, where we ourselves sometimes live. There is a lot to see and do in the area and we are happy to tell you.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. The house is in an elevated location with nice views and close to nature. Complete house with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower, kitchen, living room and laundry room. Approximately 6 km to the beach and a short walk to a smaller lake with swimming area and fishing opportunities. The house is located in a small village in the countryside, about 15 minutes' drive from central Skellefteå. A car is recommended as there are limited bus connections.

Hållgården's Grandfather's Cottage

Welcome to our cozy Grandfather's Cottage, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs.

The house is located in a child-friendly residential area close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city centre. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa.
