On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Welcome to our cozy Farfarsstuga, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our northern farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the Northern Lights at Hållgården. On the property, there is a barbecue area and areas for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with a quiet and secluded location right at the edge of the forest. The house is located less than 20 minutes by car from Skellefteå. It is close to the Kåge River, which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and grayling. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy the beautiful nature. As a guest, you have the whole place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside your booking.
