Very spacious, incredibly fresh and lovely accommodation. 10 out of 10! I slept very well my two nights even though there is noisy traffic outside (however, always sleep with earplugs.) Close to the bus that takes you into the city centre and opposite is a large grocery store. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely stay here again☺️

Just loved our stay with Monica. She was extremely flexible with our needs and when our schedule changed suddenly. When we got there the heat was already on so the apartment was warm and toasty. There was a sweet welcome note. The beds were comfortable and the comforters warm. The place was very clean. I wish our stay had been longer like we originally planned.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

The accommodation is perfect for a few days for a couple. It's quiet and well arranged. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking. About a 30-minute walk from the city centre but there are also buses.

A real cozy stay, where we felt like home. As we traveled with our 10-month-old daughter, we really appreciated all the baby arrangements they provided, it made our stay really comfortable, thank you for that! Truly recommended!

Very nice townhouse clean and spacious spaces. The instructions were clear and Hasse responded quickly when we had any questions. Very nice area, perfect for dog owners with good hiking areas walking distance to most things. 20 min brisk walk into the city, where everything is with nice shopping paths and friendly people.

Great and cozy little apartment. In the middle of a quiet residential area, very close to the water. Within 15 min in the center by car. Margareta is a very warm host. Accommodation is highly recommended.

Very good house with proximity to city and nature. A really lovely and large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Suit us perfectly when we had a student reception with family and friends. A very nice host, etc. Can only give the thumbs up for the accommodation

We immediately felt very comfortable in the house! It is beautifully bright, has enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two ways to shower are wonderful! We did not use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall the house is very welcoming and clean!

A very nice cosy house in a nice village bordering the woods, with all required facilities and direct access to hiking trails. Erik and his wife are welcoming hosts that are happy to help out when needed. There are bus connections to Umea, but not very frequent, so a car provides more flexibility. I had a wonderfull 5 weeks stay and will consider renting the place again whenever I will be back in Umea.

We had an amazing stay! The house was even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos, truly well-equipped, with two bathrooms and a magical sauna that made our stay extra special. Jukka was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond by offering us an early check-in when our train arrived a few hours before the scheduled time. Everything was simply perfect. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! We would definitely stay here again, and if we find ourselves in the area in the future, this will be our go-to place. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Enough clean towels provided. Includes washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were free some streaming services active such as Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
