Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! The house is located in a child-friendly residential neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. The nearest bus stop is about 800 meters away. Grocery store, pizzeria, gym, outdoor pool, pharmacy about 2 km
