A bathroom with bathtub upper floor, toilet middle floor, living room in the basement with large sofa that can sleep in, or mattresses to sleep on the floor. Laundry room in the basement with shower. About 3 km to the city center. Close to grocery store. Good bus connections.

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. Smaller basement apartment with a small kitchenette. The sleeping arrangements consist of a single bed (105 cm) and a smaller sofa bed (105 cm). Please note that the bed is narrow – two of you can definitely sleep in it if you like to lie close together, but otherwise the sofa bed is available! Bed linen and towels are provided, and parking is available on the street just outside the house. The accommodation is about 3 minutes by car from the E4. The city centre is about 1.5 km away.

Stugan har stora fönster mot horisonten och är inredd med det man behöver. Smart TV och bra bredband. Här sover du i en bäddsoffa som är 140 cm bred, på en tjock resårmadrass. Från den har du också utsikt mot havet. Önskas ett separat sovrum så fråga! Ibland, men inte alltid är det ledigt. Det ligger vägg i vägg med en säng 160 cm bred.
