Lovely holiday home of about 85 square metres in Beddingestrand with a large, secluded plot about 350 metres from a child-friendly swimming beach. Bus stop about 400 metres away. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, conservatory, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby, you will find restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, pizzerias, tennis courts, a golf course, a swimming area and lovely walking paths.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.
