Lovely west coast cottage of about 85 sqm in Beddingestrand with large secluded plot about 350 meters from child-friendly beach. Bus stop about 400 meters. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, conservatory, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby, you will find restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, pizzerias, tennis courts, a golf course, a swimming area and lovely walking paths.

In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with its own entrance. Compact living with fully-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows and 950 meters to a wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. Good to know; the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep.
