The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. Most places can be reached by bike within 4 to 10 minutes, including tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the headland, and nice restaurants, a public swimming pool, Skanör harbour/beach, etc., on the other side of the headland.

In old Skanör, there is this guest house that was a stable more than 100 years ago. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.
