The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). There is a double bed, a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults, a single bed and a cot. If you are more than that, it is perfectly fine to bring a sleeping place yourself, there is plenty of space for it. However, max 8 people. Cleaning must be purchased. Bedlinen and towels for pool/shower/kitchen are not included.

Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings
