The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (approx. 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen.
