Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

The apartment of the main house has a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa bed and sleeping loft, a double bedroom, kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom. A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.
