A lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the common garden spaces between the apartment buildings. Trees and flowers and a lot of birds singing. Perfect on a sunny afternoon.

The place is wonderful, perfect for our family. The apartment is nicely furnished and we found the beds comfortable. There were lots of toys for our kids to play with, and the high chair and pack and play crib were very convenient. Jane was super helpful and went out of her way to provide recommendations and tips. It’s a bit of a walk to get to places in Aarhus (that aren’t in the docks area) but the nearby coffee shops and grocery store, and the wonderful food hall, were all very close by.

Sus was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The environment was very quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. Although our stay was not for travel purposes—we were temporarily staying here while preparing for an international move and closing down our nearby home—we still found the location very convenient for travelers as well. There were several supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop was close, offering easy access to the city center. If we ever return to Aarhus, we would definitely love to stay at Sus’s place again. A cozy and well-appointed apartment, with everything you need for cooking. Good space for 4 people, good beds. A lovely wooden terrace with access from both the living room and bedroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts. We can definitely recommend a stay with Helle, and we would be happy to come back another time.

Troels is a perfect host. The apartment also exceeded our expectations, although the photos and descriptions were already very promising. Aarhus is a very attractive destination as a "young" city with a mixture of historical and contemporary architecture and cultural offerings. And the apartment absolutely complements this impression. Lone and her husband welcomed us very warmly and showed us into the apartment. We received tips on using public transport and on reaching different spots by bike. Lone lives in the same house above the rented apartment and was always quick to reach with questions. She is very helpful, communicative and friendly. From the apartment, it is about 15-20 minutes on foot to the beach, 10 minutes to the bus stop, and Aarhus can be reached by bike via a beautiful path in about 20 minutes. We will be happy to come back.

Everything is really great with Karen Marie and Lars Erik! The house is very tasteful, absolutely "hyggelig" and functionally furnished. The terrace offers 360 degrees of sun access. The area is suitable for both exploring and relaxing. The kitchen is as well equipped as we have never seen before. Communication with the hosts is very nice and accommodating.

We had a single night in Inge and Bent's cozy little house. We enjoyed the place and the tranquility, and could definitely come back!

We had a great week in Jakob's cottage. The house is very well equipped and comfortably furnished with enough space in the living room and garden. The sea is just a few minutes walk. A beautiful swimming beach can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.

We were received in a very friendly manner. There's a solution for everything. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back next year!

Can't beat the location if you are looking for a beautiful environment near the sea. Lovely home to relax and enjoy the scenery. Ingrid and her husband were responsive to our needs.

The cottage was lovely!! Since we are all no giants, the low dreams in the beautiful old (and lovingly renovated) were rather cozy. The decor with the old furniture was very tasteful. The rest - from the bed linen to the generously available towels - was just as perfect we were the fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. We adults and our grandchildren (7 and 4 years) were delighted and would be happy to come again!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very silent. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Helle was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived.

We loved Andreas' place! Very cozy, but with everything we needed. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, including the always-incredible Danish bakery!
