Gudenå Annex

Relax with family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults, and our children, aged 4-10, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter inside our private garden, and will during your stay with us, sharing the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more yourself, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect it if you want it to be more private, but there may be children playing in the garden.😊

It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The accommodation is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly renovated over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg.
