Holiday rentals with a patio in Sjølund

My boyfriend and I had 2 really lovely nights at Marie-Louise's place. The old farm and surroundings are so cozy with lots of opportunities, both inside and out. Marie-Louise has really created a place where you feel at home thanks to her sense of decor and her great hospitality and welcoming nature. We can definitely recommend both couples and families to stay here, either if you just want to relax and enjoy yourself, or if you want a good base to explore the nice things Funen has to offer.

we stayed 1 night but had a good night's sleep(good bed) walked around the area and had a nice chat with Daniëlla after the walk. the cottage is very suitable for 2 people and has a separate garden to sit outside. we were very satisfied and wish Daniëlla much success with her hobby 🐝 Tom & Nicolette

Lovely and spacious apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. The location is also great, all the sights are in walking distance. There is a carport located right on the property. Annie was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Line’s place. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, especially for our 2 year old son. He absolutely loved all the toys (cars!) in the apartment. It is very central in Aabenraa and also very close to the parking place. Aabenraa was in our opinion not super exciting. We used it as a stop before continuing further. We did visit Legoland and Romo from here.

It was a great choice for spending a few days with our daughters visiting Legoland and this area of Denmark. I highly recommend this accommodation!

It was all exactly as described in the listing. Clean and tastefully furnished. There was even wood for the fireplace in the shed.

Gurli’s place was the perfect spot for our stay in Billund. We traveled from Texas with our 3 kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) and there was SO much to do in the house and yard, not to mention being steps away from Lego House. We made most of our meals at home, and the kitchen had the pots/pans/cutting boards that we needed. We bought all the necessities food-wise (from the grocery store right across the street), but there was salt and pepper in the cupboard. Gurli was so welcoming, responsive, and kind. We felt very welcomed to Billund, and we had a great time at her place and at Lego Land and Lego House. We highly recommend this great spot!

Beautiful and light summerhouse with a view of the sea. Very comfortable place and communicative host.

The old Skovby School Building is a fantastic property with three houses in total and a beautiful garden. Lots of room to sit back relax, light a bonfire, fire up a grill and enjoy your stay with the friendly and helpful hosts of Sanne and Jørg.

A cozy little accommodation with evening sun, the beach just 5 minutes away on foot. The bathroom can be described as luxurious. Also kitchen utensils - dishes, small refrigerator - everything you need. The fact that there was no cooking facility here was completely okay for us, as we usually ate salad in the warm weather or went out to eat. We felt very comfortable here.

Incredibly flexible, friendly and sweet host.

Maria is a great host. The place is uniquely beautiful with good opportunities for cycling and hiking. As a guest, you have access to Maria's garden, which is wonderful and breathtakingly beautiful.

Too bad you can't give 10 stars. Communication with the hostess was quick and straightforward. Rooms were very well equipped. The garden could be used, even the garden furniture and grill could be used. The breakfast was super delicious. Bread and rolls were always homemade. Guest requests were responded to. The hosts were very open and friendly. Overall, highly recommended. Communication was in English and partly in German. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week in Billund, not just because we had the opportunity to dive in the wonderful world of Lego 😃 but also because we felt at home. Torben's place is fantastic, with everything and even more than we needed to feel at home. The location couldn't be better as everything is at a walking distance. Torben couldn't have been a better host, always available to help by answering our questions very quickly and also by giving very helpful and welcoming suggestions just si we would have the best time in Billund.
