Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sint Maarten

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

This place is a garden paradise! So private in a neighborhood! Great walking path to the train station and grocery stores. Walkable to the cheese market and the cute shops along the canals! Joya is a great host and is quick to respond! If you’re looking for a place outside of the hustle of the big city, this is the place for you, as a lone traveler or with your family.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Koedijk bei Nico und Jacqueline. Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. In 15 Minuten war man mit dem Rad in Alkmaar. Nico und Jacqueline waren sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit Freunden in der Ferienwohnung von Ilinca. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und echt schön. Die Treppe nach oben ist etwas steil, aber damit sind wir super klargekommen. Zu dem ist Ilinca immer schnell erreichbar gewesen und konnte uns weiter helfen. Wir haben uns alle sehr gefreut und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, denn es lässt sich fußläufig alles erreichen und auch das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und kommen gern wieder ☺️

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

Wir (5 Freunde+1 Hundi) haben sehr schöne Tage gehabt in der Unterkunft. Tolle ruhige ländliche Lage- mitten in der Natur. Trotzdem ist der Weg nach Amsterdam schnell und unkompliziert(kleiner Tipp: es gibt eine Fähre). Victor und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Also wer etwas Ruhe braucht aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt oder andere Unternehmungen machen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch Edam und Volendam. Außerdem lohnt sich auch ein Tagesausflug an die Nordsee ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldige lokatie! Brandschoon en met veel smaak ingericht. Geen standaard ikeaspul maar degelijke kleurrijke interieur. En van alle gemakken voor 2 personen voorzien. Rustig en centrum Bergen is dichtbij. Houd er wel rekening mee dat als je fietsen of racefiets meeneemt er geen berging is, want die zet je natuurlijk niet in het huisje. Geen eigenaar zou dat leuk vinden. Voor de racefiets kon ik die stallen bij een fietsenverhuurder dichtbij. Bergen is toeristisch maar niet te toeristisch. Uitstekende restaurants en het strand van Bergen aan Zee is overzichtelijk en schoon. Wij komen zeker terug!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen – in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, zum Zentrum und zu den Dünen. Plus kleiner Terrasse und Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. W-LAN lief stabil und einwandfrei. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: äußerst zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke dafür:)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, eingezäuntem Außenbereich und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation war super ☺️👍🏼

The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Callantsoog und sowohl der Ort als auch die Wohnung haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir bestimmt wiederkommen werden. Nathalie ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders das Badezimmer war schön groß und modern. Grundsätzlich hat uns alles ziemlich gut gefallen, jedoch war das Schlafzimmer nachts etwas hell. Jedoch sprach Nathalie davon, dass dies zeitnah behoben wird. Wir können diese Wohnung in absoluter Toplage nur weiterempfehlen! Es war super :)

Waren super mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, Sonja und Jur sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Es waren angenehme vier Tage. Nochmals danke für alles.

schöne Lage um fußläufig Alkmaar zu erkunden

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

In der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Der Kontakt mit Monice und Pascal war super freundlich und bereitgestellte Infos äußerst umfangreich, so dass wir u. a. schnell einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nachbarschaft finden konnten. Der Bäcker gegenüber hatte leckere Brötchen und Alkmaarscentrum ist fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt genau an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, aber irgendwie - und ich bin sehr hellhörig und lärmempfindlich - hat dieser nicht gestört, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Am Wochenende war es teilweise sehr laut, weil auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber sich viele Tuner getroffen haben. Unter der Woche war es super ruhig und wir kommen gerne wieder

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us . Gospodarz wypełnił lodówkę niespodziewanym poczęstunkiem napojami oraz winem, co nas miło zaskoczyło. W mieszkaniu było dużo miejsca, było ogólnie ładnie. Troszkę zmarzłam w nocy, ale w gorące dni będzie super. Słychać było kroki mieszkających nad nami oraz jak ktoś używa wodę, ponieważ dom jest dawno wybudowany. Napewno bardzo ładny ogródek. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny Gospodarz.
