Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sint Maarten

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice location, the house and the outside are very nice to visit the area and spend time with family. The play air next door is very convenient if you have children. In the house there is everything you need. Thanks!

We were a group of 6 people and had a wonderful stay in Koedijk with Nico and Jacqueline. The house was very nice and very well equipped. In 15 minutes you were in Alkmaar by bike. Nico and Jacqueline were very accommodating hosts and we would come back anytime.

We were with friends in Ilinca's holiday apartment. The accommodation is very well maintained and really nice. The stairs up are a bit steep, but we got along great with that. In addition, Ilinca was always quick to reach and was able to help us. We were all very happy and had a wonderful holiday! The location of the apartment is perfect, because everything can be reached on foot and the sea is only a few minutes away by car. All in all, we are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back ☺️

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

A beautiful home immersed in nature and surrounded with friendly animals. We had a very peaceful stay and we felt very much at home. We will return!

Great location! Spotless and tastefully decorated. Not a standard Ikea thing but a solid colourful interior. And equipped with all comforts for 2 people. Quiet and the center of Bergen is close. Please note that if you bring bicycles or racing bikes, there is no storage, as you will not be able to put them in the cottage. No owner would like that. I was able to store my racing bike at a bike rental shop nearby. Bergen is touristy but not too touristy. Excellent restaurants and the beach of Bergen aan Zee is well-organised and clean. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a great location - in close proximity to the beach, the centre and the dunes. Plus a small terrace and parking right outside the door. WLAN ran stably and flawlessly. Everything was very clean, modern and well-equipped – you can tell that it was furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We would like to particularly highlight the landlord: extremely courteous, warm and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks for that:)

Comfortable place, clean and met our expectations. Johan & Gerda made sure the check in and out is seamless and easy, at a time that suits your travel needs. Good and friendly communication 😊

The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

We were in Callantsoog for the first time and both the place and the apartment contributed to the fact that we will definitely come back. Nathalie is very friendly and the apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. The bathroom in particular was nice and large and modern. Basically, we liked everything pretty well, but the bedroom was a little bright at night. However, Nathalie said that this will be fixed soon. We can only recommend this apartment in an absolute top location! It was great :)

We were super satisfied with the accommodation, Sonja and Jur are very nice and accommodating. It was a pleasant four days. Thanks again for everything.

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us . The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but it will be great on hot days. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.
