Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze. Die Dusche verfügt über eine eingebaute Dampfsauna. Der Kaminofen kann gerne genutzt werden. Die Lage des Apartments ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren in den Nationalpark Eifel, das Rurtal oder das Hohe Venn.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Cosy 24 sqm apartment, barrier-free, in a newly built quarry-stone house with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (underfloor heating everywhere) and a private parking space. The bed has a size of 1.40 m x 2.00 m, a cozy armchair, either a second armchair or a desk, suitcase stool, wardrobe and SmartTV. The apartment has living room ventilation. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Bed linen and towels are also included. Pets are welcome by arrangement. There is an additional charge for this.
