Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.

Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
