Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Dishwashing, cleaning and laundry detergent, toilet and kitchen paper as well as garbage bags are provided.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
