L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

Welcome to the tranquility of Österlen. Here you live comfortably with nature right outside the door. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful nature reserve as the closest neighbour. In just 5 minutes you can reach Brösarp with ICA, café, pharmacy and petrol station (with charging stations). The sea is about 10–15 minutes away and Stenshuvud National Park can be reached in 30 minutes. In addition, you are close to excursion destinations such as Kivik, Ystad and Åhus. Lilla huset

Here you have a peaceful accommodation for those of you who want to get close to animals and nature while having the opportunity to visit the summer's attractions and restaurants! We offer a small house on our horse farm at Heinge hiking area with Skåneleden just around the corner for those of you who like to hike. We can also rent out a stall and with service if desired and dogs are welcome. However, we have our own dogs that are on the farm and if you do not want them to meet, we will just make a plan that suits you!

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).
