Apartment holiday rentals in Sidmouth

Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed last week and what can we say. We were blown away! Kate and Kieron are amazing! The apartment was beautiful, so well kept, clean and tidy. There was an information pack when we arrived with bits to do, housekeeping bits, even takeaway places! There was a welcome basket for us with fresh fruit, crisps, cookies and a lovely card. Kate had even went above and beyond and left a card, beer and chocolate for my husband for his birthday! The communication throughout the trip was amazing, we felt so welcome. We felt very safe staying there which was a big one for us having a little boy. Kate had made sure that she had put a basket of toys in the apartment for our little boy too. We could not have asked for a better host. The directions of how to get there and how to check in were brilliant! If you are looking for somewhere in Torquay I would highly recommend here, don’t go anywhere else!! We will definitely be back!!

Nice little modest cottage in the heart of Branscombe Village. 30 second walk to the gorgeous pub, right next to the walking track to the beach. Parking space at front door. Bonus was having a bathtub! Kitchen good for home meals and some pantry items provided. Main bed is very comfy. Recommended.

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

Clean, cosy and very comfortable for a short stay. Sara was very helpful. beautiful riverside walk into town. Only issue we had was noise from the room above on the second night kept us awake. Adjacent kitchen was noisy at times but this was expected as it is mentioned when booking. would recommend for a short visit.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Terrys beachside studios apartment we had the most amazing few days,being so close to the beach was wonderful the views were breathtaking.Thank you Terry we will definitely be back.

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

An absolutely lovely flat. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished & lovingly styled. Everything you need is there and everything was spotless. The gardens are beautiful and it’s a very peaceful location. Just a 10/15 minute walk along the River Lim into Lyme and the beach front. Samantha is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend highly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here including the beautiful property, amazing views and lovely hospitality. Both Chris and Julie were so welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a few queries and Chris and Julie supported us to navigate these in a timely manner. The property itself is just like the photographs in particular the room in the attic is picturesque and has gorgeous views of the sea and surroundings. The gestures and amenities including leaving a welcome note and a gift of fudge for us, a birthday wish for my father, the greeting from Chris, the tea/coffee/milk, top quality fan, hoover and Alexa! Everything was superb and we are very happy with our stay. Thank you Chris and Julie for such a wonderful stay.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for a short break It was clean, modern and comfortable. Dave provided clear instructions about how to check in, and we were aware thst we could contact him should the need arise. We will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family.

We had a fab stay here for a few days. Amazing location, well equipped kitchen and bed incredibly comfortable. We recommend following the South West coastal path for anyone wishing to take a good walk - it's beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay, the studio was very cosy and had all that we needed including some croissants and snacks provided by Elisabeth. It is a very peaceful area. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and found Branscombe a great base for days out in Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. I would highly recommend a stay here. Elisabeth was very welcoming and friendly.

Thank you Deborah and John for sharing your space with us. This was our first booking at this property and we would not hesitate to book again and recommend their place. What you see on line is what you get when you arrive. A bright, airy and tastefully decorated place to stay. We received a warm welcome from the hosts and found it was a short walk into town either via The Byes or by road. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The flat was spacious and clean, especially the well-appointed kitchen, large sitting room, and big master bedroom. It was also very accessible and accommodated our elderly mother perfectly. More than that, the two bathrooms had great water pressure and the water was hot. The king-size bed was also uber comfortable as well as the twin beds. This flat is located in a perfect location, moments away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Interestingly, even though the location is right on the high street, the tourists in this town disappear at night, so it was much quieter than expected. Great job and our compliments to Gaye who was really friendly and helpful!

Fabulous apartment, extremely clean, spacious with quality fittings. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The location of the apartment is amazing, sea views to front and views of the nature reserve to the back. The balcony with seating was a great addition which we used every night to watch the sunset. We've stayed at quite a few places in South Devon and this was certainly the best and made for an amazing holiday. Private parking was an added bonus. Hope to be back.

Tim was very helpful from the moment of booking, all the up to our stay. He gave really clear instructions for getting in and how everything worked. If we had any questions he was very quick to respond. The accommodation was perfect! really clean, had everything we needed and the location was brilliant. Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

Lovely stay in this well equipped apartment in beautiful Monmouth House. It's very well located, making everything in Lyme Regis walkable only minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Leesa gave very clear and helpful instructions and information before our stay and was quick to respond to any messages.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Katy and Dale's place. It was easy to find, with clear instructions and plenty of free parking nearby. It was well located to the babbacombe downs, local restaurants and pubs. The walk to torquay is quite nice too and not too far. The hot tub was lovely and hot for when we arrived, and the robes were a nice touch. The annex is on the smaller side but well designed so didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. There was some nice additions - a few games, loads of dvds, tea, milk, and a couple of snacks. We didn't have any problems with the stay but all interactions with Katy and Dale were polite, timely and clear. Thanks for being excellent hosts.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.
