Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The Croft

Set in a rural location - perfect for country walks - between Shere, Peaslake and Gomshall in the Surrey Hills, is our newly appointed spacious cabin, in our 2 acre pretty garden. The Croft is a double sized cabin, offering space and tranquility. The area is also fast becoming the South East's mecca for cycling. Peaslake caters for all cyclist's needs. One well behaved dog is most welcome, though must be kept on a lead. The cabin will only sleep 2 adults, and so sorry no babies or children.

A ground floor studio built for guests in 2020: fully self-contained, affording high levels of privacy & comfort, with freedom to come & go via your own front door at anytime. Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Enjoy our Spacious, Secluded 18C Barn in Surrey's AONB. Extensive parking with carport & lock up for bikes, golf clubs etc. Excellent local amenities: Cycle/Walk/Golf/Fish. Off A25 near picturesque Shere & Gomshall station ( free parking) on Reading/Gatwick line serving:Guildford/Waterloo; Redhill/Victoria. Gastro Pubs, Farm shop, Vineyards, Gin Distilleries, Opera (GPO) at West Horsley Place, NT, RHS Wisley, Boxhill all close by. Separate Office with view over private lake available.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Luxury 4 bedroom cottage near Guildford, sleeps 6

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Private Garden Studio

Situated at the base of the Surrey hills and a few minutes walk into Cranleigh village, a modern newly refurbished bedroom/studio with super king-size bed, self-catering facilities, shower/bathroom area and desk with Wifi. Separate entrance access to the main house and off-street parking available. There is also a safe place to park and lock bikes or bring them inside the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request for special small humans!

Stylish recently renovated Coach House, 15 minute walk to Woking train station which is 28 minutes by direct train to London Waterloo. Easy access to M25 for Heathrow etc plus 2 minute walk to Horsell Common where Mclaren is situated. Lounge, kitchen with dining area, double bedroom and shower room plus private parking.
