Spotless accommodation. Everything's new. We had a great time nearby, the brand new house. All phenomenal

Paqui’s place has everything you need for a short stay & is beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean. There’s a lot of renovation work going on next door & across the street so it’s very noisy, but it didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time. It’s within easy walking distance of the attractions or there are plenty of buses if walking is a problem. Paqui was very easy to communicate with & quickly responded to any questions. She also let us check out late which we very much appreciated. Thank you Paqui.

The location was excellent and it was very quiet at night. It would be helpful to have a book with eating places recommended and places of interest to visit. We did have a great stay and it's a shame I had only booked 3 nights instead of the 4 that I meant to book!

Really enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Was just a shame we had bad weather and couldn’t make use of the rooftop as much as we would have liked. But thankfully two big umbrellas were left for us. Jose was always quick at replying. Only slight negative - would have been nice to have a proper oven.

maria's place is very well located, we were able to do everything on foot. it matches the description and photos on the listing, a little noisy at night due to a bar located in front but it's a bit the price to pay when choosing to be in the city center. Maria was available, helpful and lent some toys for my 6 year old daughter 🙂 thank you

Great solution to visit Seville, new and well organized apartment. Not too far from the center, in an area well served by public transport and with many shops below the house. It's not easy to park at certain times. Very contactable host.

Excellent stay here! It was close to the huge supermarkets, malls, restaurants and bus and tram stops. Josè is also prompt in communicating, he also picked me up in the train station to help me with my luggage and with locating the home. Would highly recommend if you stay in Seville!

I have always dreamed of living in a single level house with a terrace like Alberto's! The house is wonderful, very cosy, huge terrace. There is a wooden ceiling everywhere, warm water was always available. Alberto is a very caring host, always helpful and will answer any question. The room is very cosy, big bed with comfortable pillow and soft blanket. There is air conditioning and TV. Wi-fi works well. It takes less than an hour to walk to the centre. It takes 18 minutes to walk to the nervion shopping centre. I would love to come again!

We had a lovely stay in Seville! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The communication with Alberto was easy and everything went smoothly. The location was great for sightseeing – close enough to reach everything easily, but just outside the busy city center. Short distances to the bus and metro stations as well as rent stations for local bicycles.

Highly recommended accommodation. Located in a quiet area of the village with access to trail routes. Equipped and comfortable rooms. Kitchen and toilet with all necessary equipment. The patio and terrace area is great. Pablo is an attentive and predisposed host, always attentive to any aspect that makes the stay of his guests pleasant. Smooth and effective communication. The environment is beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay.

What a great house! Warm, both with the fireplace and with an air conditioner which - a blessing!- is very quiet. The best mattresses of our 5 vacation homes, we were able to relax really well. The location in the village is ideal - you can shop, eat, hike. Ronda and Setenil are nearby by car and many great other destinations for active holidays. Above all, the host is very helpful and has a lot of nice tips. Communication is quick and super friendly. This address is a clear recommendation.
