It has a cosy bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, a bathroom, a loft-style living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, all kinds of small appliances, a "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a full set of kitchenware. Fully stocked cleaning cupboard, iron and ironing board. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, high-quality and quiet air conditioning (cooling/heating), a Smart TV, and radiators are also available as a supplement for the winter. The apartment is provided with sets of towels, sheets, a hairdryer and amenities for all its guests, and is fully prepared for use. If you stay longer, you can arrange room service (30 euros, including cleaning and change of linen). Subject to availability, we can offer a late check-out completely free of charge. IMPORTANT: There is an additional charge of €20 for check-in after 9:00 pm and €30 for check-in after midnight. Payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically through its Resolution Centre for processing.

Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
