IMPORTANT: only 3 guests are allowed per room, if the third guest is 12 years old he/she does not pay a surcharge, but if he/she is over 12 he/she will pay a surcharge of 15€for the extra bed. Breakfast at the hotel must be notified in advance, the price of breakfast is 8€per person.

We are located in the heart of Sevilla and offer simple yet stylish rooms with access to common areas such as a sitting area, dining area and common kitchen area for our guests. Currently due to the Covid-19 Pandemic our rooms are available for long-term stays (30 days minimum) and are perfect for working from home. We also have a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful Sevilla weather year-round. We also include gym access.

It has a KITCHENETTE, that is, a small space to heat and cool food, you can prepare your breakfast, which we will have previously left in your suite. It has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, single-burner ceramic hob, a small pot and a small frying pan.
