Holiday rentals with a pool in Seville

Great house with swimming pool and outdoor space. Kids loved the pool and their private space. The location is good to visit Seville, but you have to take the car (10 minutes) to get to the first metro station. Free parking at Metromar Mall which also makes shopping easy. The host was very attentive to us and checked in with us during the large power outage throughout Spain, to make sure we had no problem. If I ever return to Seville I will return to Villa Romana.

Very good stay with Teresa who was very welcoming, kind, generously offered us delicious oranges from her garden, we enjoyed ourselves! The house and garden were very nice . Thanks again!! Only "downside", the barking of dogs in the neighborhood (probably a kennel) in the day and evening, but Teresa can't help it unfortunately 🙂

Recommended very quiet place to be with your family

Charming rental tastefully decorated, very similar to the description and photos. We had a small technical problem with the rental. As soon as the message sent to Caridad, Antonio was knocking on the door. Technicians came to solve the problem then the cleaning was done (by a very nice lady) So we highly recommend this listing

It is hard to describe this property, if you want to live like a true Sevillano for a few days then this is the place to do it. Located in the heart of everything, but once inside you feel like you’re in your own world. The property is very quiet and peaceful, considering you are in the center of town. Fran, who greeted us and walked us through the property upon arrival, was incredible and even remained in contact with us throughout our stay. The property has everything you need to make it feel like home while you are there. Local attractions, restaurants, markets, and shopping are a mere few steps from your front door. This is THE place to stay in Sevilla and we will be back.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. We had a great time to visit Seville. There's a dedicated parking spot in the basement. Metro is a 2 min drive, free mercadona parking right next to the metro and 10 min then to get to the city center. What could be better? Thank you very much to José Carlos for his warm welcome and all his advice. I highly recommend it!!!

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!

A great location from which to explore Seville. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area with the pool was a beautiful space to relax and appreciate the view of the city. Eva was extremely helpful, offering advice about local place to eat and visit, and even organising our return taxi to the airport.

We stayed at Andre's place for 6 nights. It was great place, very clean, great location, quiet, it had everything we needed. Parking was secure. Andre was very responsive, we arrived very late and he came to check us in, explained everything. I would highly recommend staying at Andre's apartment.

We have been very comfortable all the family, the clean and large house with the air conditioning in every room perfect, with the basic things to get into, the pools very well with the green area around, the area is quiet perfect for rest but there are restaurants and shops nearby, the hostess helped us in everything, thank you very much for everything

If you have a car, its easy to stay at Sue’s place, the parking right opposite the lift and go straight to the apartment. And if you are cat lover, her cats super friendly. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. I have to start by talking about Sergio's extraordinary kindness and availability at all times, from before arriving he was very detailed in organizing a warm arrival for us, his recommendations were very accurate. The location is very successful, quiet and cool area, less than 20 minutes from downtown Seville. The little house, very cozy, clean, and organized. Lots of details that made us feel luxurious, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and comfortable. We felt part of her family with the casual encounters and conversations about places of interest. Definitely more than 10.
