El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.

Es un apartamento muy luminoso y aireado, situado en una de las calles más importantes de Sevilla y con mucha vida. Dispone de un dormitorio con cama doble y un amplio y cómodo sofá cama en el salón. El baño está totalmente reformado y muy higiénico. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes cercanos de todo tipo, incluso a pocos metros están los mejores de la ciudad.

It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old and historic part of Seville and you can walk to the entire monumental, commercial, hotel and nightlife area of the city. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

Welcome to my apartment. It is located in the Plaza de San Julian, one of the most historic neighborhoods in Seville. At 100 meters there are taxi and bus stops. In 8 minutes on foot you can reach Calle Feria, or if you go by bike in 3 minutes, and in 6 minutes by bicycle you reach the Cathedral or the Barrio de Santa Cruz. Right next door, in Plaza de San Marcos, you can rent bicycles and electric scooters. From the airport to the apartment there are 15 minutes by car.
